Alisha Pradhan is an Assistant Professor in the Ying Wu College of Computing at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Founder and Director of the HEART Lab. Her research lies at the intersection of human–computer interaction, aging, accessibility, and responsible AI. She collaborates with systemically marginalized communities based on age, disability, and social or cultural identity to study, design, and build technologies that expand people’s agency and support dignity and inclusion.
